Please find below a list of all the afterschool clubs for Autumn 2025.

 

There will be NO clubs running for Reception children during autumn term, as we like to give them at least one term to settle into school life.

 

 

Please see below a list of dates where clubs WILL NOT run during the Autumn term.

 

• Monday 1st September - INSET day
• Tuesday 2nd - Friday 5th September - no clubs first week back
• Wednesday 15th October - open evening
• Thursday 23rd October - parents evening
• Monday 27th - Friday 31st October - half term
• Thursday 4th December - Christmas Fayre
• Tuesday 9th December - Garrick Panto Trip
• Tuesday 16th December - Christmas Disco

 

Top Tip - Save any dates where the club you have booked onto is not running in your calendar at the time of booking.

 

Collection point for all clubs (except Kombat Kids) will be at the Key Stage 2 pedestrian gate. Kombat Kids will exit via the Key Stage 1 pedestrian gate.

Please wait for your child to be brought out to you by the teacher/provider.

If you child is attending wrap around care at Kids Club, you should use the intercom at the KS2 pedestrian gate to call direct to Kids Club/Nursery; who can release the gate for you. There are instructions next to the intercom detailing how to do this.

It is really important that you do not hold the gate for others or allow other people to follow you through the gate. This is a important security measure.

· Email KSA Office with the following details: Childs name, class, chosen club, any medical concerns and consent to receive first aid treatment and photos info@theKSAGroup.co.uk

· Pay for your child’s club via bank transfer
